How do I make an image search?Enter one or more words in the search field and click on the «Search» button. The request is done by default on the «Keyword» field; you may choose another field such as «Caption», «Headline», etc.Choose one or more tabs "stock" "stock + press" "press" "royalty-free" to match your image search. Enter preferably words in singular form. Wildcard «*» : if you enter app* the search result will show all the words starting with «app» ( thus : apple, apples, apple tree, etc.). Enter several words without using the word «and». You can use following operator "OR" "NOT"
Can you make an image search for me?Yes, we do search images for you. Just E-mail us your request or call us at +32 (0)2 420 30 50.
How should I use my shopping carts (lightboxes)?You may put one or more images in your cart. Click on the cart icon below the illustration to add the image in the cart.You may remove one or more images from the cart if you click again on the cart icon below the illustration. You may add all the images from your selection in the shopping cart (you will find a link on the top right corner of the screen). It is also possible to create several carts if you click on «New» in the right column. The lightbox tab (top left corner on the Isopix toolbar) gives access to all the created lightboxes that you did not remove.
Is it possible to email a shopping cart (lightbox) ?Yes, click on the lightboxes tab (on the top left corner of the Isopix toolbar).Then select your lightbox, click on "send lightbox to a friend", fill the form and click on «Send».
How can I order an image?Contact us by E-mail or by phone at +32 (0)2 420 30 50.
How do I download an image already ordered?The images you ordered are placed in high resolution format in the menu «my order» (top corner of the screen on the Isopix toolbar).You will then find the image(s) you are waiting for. You will get a high resolution image once you click on it; then save the image on your computer.
How much should I pay for the license rights?The license rights pricing is based on the image use specifications, for instance the media, the print run, the termination date, the size and placement of the image, the territory, the type of exclusivity.Please contact us by E-mail or by phone at +32 (0)2 420 30 50 for a quotation.
Do
you have Royalty Free images?You may find and purchase thousands of «Royalty Free» images from
our website.They are identified with «RF» letters below the image (right after the image reference).
How can I purchase a Royalty Free image?We offer the possibility to purchase online images on our website. Our «Royalty Free» images could be downloaded once the credit card payment is done (with Eurocard or Visa card).We may also create an account which allows you to save such images without using your credit card. In that case, you will receive an invoice each time you download an image (even if you do not use the downloaded image).
